I am about to meet my boyfriends parents, and am nervous

i don't blame you... i never heard of many Arabs marrying out side there race... but you never know.. have you asked your bf what he thinks about how his parents are going to react..

All arab Muslims would love for there sons and even there daughters to marry a arab muslim.....but there are those who have married white,black,asian,spanish.....i will tell you one thing...when they start to speak in arabic....you will all ways think it is something about you....and 3/4 of the time it just might be....have you even considered what you will do when you have a daughter or son...how will you raise them...will your arab husband 15 years from now be okay with your daughter going out with any boy!!!!!! think long and hard....meeting the parents is only the beginning.....that's what i know!!!!!!!!!

i'm an arab-american girl and it doesn't really matter for my parents who my older brother marries. they do prefer an arabian girl, one that lives in an arab country (lebanon, saudi arabia, etc). they really dont care as long as ur a virgin, and know how to cook and clean, and take care of ur figure. lol i'm not even playing, dont even worry i'm sure they'll love you!

Most families of cultured countries want a domesticated wife for their sons. One who waits on them hand and foot. And make sure you dont bring an american attitude with you. You know - "Oh not me"...

ISLAM is about love your brothers& sisters no matter the shade of there skin to your answer to your question yes its ok . alot of my Muslim sisters are white so it ok
