Well, if the midget weighs more than the average person, then it would scream less because it would be quicker for the midget to reach the ground.
If the midget weighs as much as an average person, then the midget would scream the same as an average person

I would say the scream would be shorter than the average sized person.... or until they hit the ground.... But I have never seen one fall off a ladder, have you? Who you been pushing?

actually they would scream the same ammount of time as because gravity makes things fall at the same speed so so they would hit the same time as a regular sized person
