God is very forgiving. The Christian life isn't based on feelings, though, and having warm fuzzies in your heart doesn't mean much. A good place to start would be to ask God to forgive you and start doing what is right. If you've had emotions regarding God as part of your spiritual life in the past, they will probably return. But concentrating on doing what is right is better than concentrating on feeling a certain way.

depends on what you mean. i am sure if you are wanting to follow God again then you can. blasphemy against the Holy Spirit is not meaning you are turning to sinfull ways. that is backsliding. blasphemy is when you claim God does not exist after you have known the truth. or saying you are God. it is also said that it is for those who have tasted truth as well. i am sure that when you do this you wont want to even come back. you will be so into the world and all. so if you want to go back then i am sure you have not committed blasphemy. also noted that for our church it is if you have received the Holy Ghost or not. and we believe that is accompanied with speaking in tongues as initial evidance. some of us slip away and live in sin but most of us dont claim God is not real when we do so. anyways just keep praying and you will get back.

If you've blasphemed against the Holy Spirit, the Bible basically says that you can never be forgiven.
I'm not here to scare you, I'm just telling you what it says.
Then again, I'd recommend being more concerned about the truth rather than the feelings that go along with believing in a god.

Yes, the fact that you are still searching to be closer to God means that your heart is no longer hardened. Perhaps your faith is being tested right now to make you stronger. Keep searching for a stronger relationship with Jesus Christ and those feelings will come back.

Yes you can, although it's not all about feelings, it's about faith! First truly repent, ask for forgiveness for the bottom of your heart for sinning against Him. Talk to him like you would a friend, dont' try to be religious, but relational. If you ask him to help you soften your heart He will. Listen to Him, and dont' shut him out.

Hardened is one thing, understanding that God doesn't exist and your heart is actually FREE is something else entirely.

I'm afraid I've hardened my heart to god, santa, the tooth fairy, magical elves - hell, just about everything that doesnt exist.
Isnt that awful?
