Things have gotten kinda tight for me thanks to my credit score not being that great. I can't get any loans from my bank. I need to know if there are any places that help people like me out. I need to borrow about $500, so its not a lot, but just enough to get rent and bills payed. I don't care about rates or anything, so long as I get the money. Any places or general shoppes that anyone can think of?

there are lots of payday advance stores in our state.
They will advance you money based on you having a checking account and a job.
THey should be easy to find in the phone book.
Since you dont really want to borrow that much money, have you thought about giving plasma. when we were in college, we made about $250.00 right before spring break so that we could go to florida.
IT was really easy to do and the paying plasma banks were in the phone book. If you go early in the morning (saturdays were great too) or late in the afternoon, you can beat all the winos.
ALso consider pawning something of value so that you can get a loan get the money quickly and you will have slightly longer to get it out then a traditional payday loan.
Also it is tax time, consider filing your taxes early this year and use that money
