If you wanna make her cry, it's not all about the kiss, it's about the mood. Take her out for a fancy dinner and a movie, then when you get back in your car, drive somewhere romantic, under the stars and all, and tell her how happy you are to be with her and how beautiful she is, that's what'll make her cry. Then kiss her, just a few cute little kisses.
