You don't need to flip them, the grill cooks from both the top and bottom.

hi --- yes, both of them are right. You dont have to flip them YET you have to move them around once in a while so you can get the criss cross grill pattern on the meat and prevent from overburn them. The beauty of the Forman is that the saturated fat drain into a trough and thence into a cup or sauce dish which will definitely cut down cholesteral intake for you. Good eating.

No. That's the beauty of the George Foreman grill. It will cook both sides without flipping them. I have one myself and absolutely love it.
