ok well where can i find something like photoshop thats free and its not paint?

There's an open source free program that works very well, called "Paint.net" (don't worry, it's much more feature filled than MS Paint). You can read about it and download it at the below link. Good luck.

Try GIMP. It is very similar to Photoshop and it's free. Here's the URL:
