If you're using the terms metaphorically, yes.
It's hard, but you try to focus on the 'good' bits, and to remember that each one of us has the dignity of being a child of God.
Same answer for why.....for God's sake.
If you're using them literally, well SOME caterpillars are cute (especially the yellow furry ones...I don't like the bright green ones), and some butterfly's are ugly (I don't like the white ones you find around cabbages, maybe because they're pests).
