If he truely loves you, then he is scared to show is emotions. try to get make him feel safe with you so he can spill.
Whatever you choose, tell him that stealing your iPod was not nice or funny. Make sure he realizes that you will crush his spirit (and maybe certain other parts) if it happens again!

If he stole your ipod, and says he loves you, then it depends on what kind of way he said it. If he said it in a romantic way, then he probably, just maybe loves you.
IF your not sure, then dump him, HE STOLE something thats expensive!

I'm guessing this is someone very young. You already know that guys at a young age will do stupid things to get your attention. Let him know that you don't appreciate his childish acts and you will not stand for them.

First off, do not be nice to him! This kind of guy will never leave you alone if you're nice. Sometimes you have to be cruel to be kind. Tell him, if he talks to you (ignore him otherwise) to leave you alone. Don't respond to his actions or his behaviors or you'll feed his obsession.
