Must have papers? Is this going to be a show dog? If not, check the local shelters. Hundreds of Yorkies out there.

Go to www.freecycle.org - it's a website that puts people in touch with one another (within their counties) who want to get rid of things. Everything must be given away for free and never sold. My sister got a free shih tzu through the site. Check it out. Good luck getting your dog.
