I have a question to ask..there's this guy where I work he always makes an attempt to go out of his way to wave to me and say hello. I over herd him a few times telling other male worker's not to speak to me or to stay away from me..I think he likes me, but I also think he is the jealous type..what do you guys think? I noticed too, he ease drops when other males try to talk to me..

Very possible that he's the overly jealous type. He may just be protective, but theres a fine line between being protective and jealous. It's hard to say without actually seeing his body language and seeing the look on his face. Does he confront the other guys angrily or he is more calm about it?

He sounds weird and I'd stay away from him. Anyone who is interested in spending time with you could just walk up and ask if you'd like to go have coffee. Or, you could ask him but it very much sounds as though he's playing games instead of being open and above board. Not a good sign. And trying to eaves drop on your conversation with others? That's beyond the pale.

He sounds a little creepy. It is pretty hard to trust anyone who listens in on others conversations, and if he is telling other guys to stay away from you, that goes beyond just jealous. Unless you want a relationship in which you have no freedom, turn and run the other way as fast as you can!!!

Sounds like he is infatuated with you. Because of his actions against other male co-workers talking to you I would pass on him as a potential boyfriend. Plus it is not a good idea to date co-workers.

He sound slike a jerkoff. Saty away from him. You'll save yourself the bruises when he hits you for talking to another guy. And look at it this way you won't have to set his bed on fire to get out of the relationship either.

I think he's a psychotic control freak and that you should steer clear of this individual. Imagine if you were dating, he'd be going through all your personal stuff to check on you and he'd go bananas if others tried talking to you and found you attractive.
You might want to notify HR if he starts to press his psycho behavior on you. It can get bad eventhough it hasn't really started yet.

honey just listen to me i'm not a guy but it sounds like he really likes you i think that he also sounds like if you dated him he would be controlling and jealous

um he is a little more than the jealous type. maybe stalker? maybe even psycho? it might be best if you avoid him. he could be dangerous.
