When you go to the doctors please be totaly honest with him. If you aren't he may miss whatever the problem is. Medicine is not always an exact science. Sometimes doctors need a little help like what you are actually taking. If he doesn't look the right direction, he won't find it.

He will probably do some blood work on you ti find out is your kidneys, liver or other organs are functioning correctly.

There is nothing worse than being on a transplant list and hoping and waiting for someone to die in order that you might live, especially if it can be prevented.

Please, Please tell the doctor everything.

1. Can't be that bad if you are typing out a long question.
2. If you have been abusing painkillers then you need to talk to your MD about stopping.
3. I have never met a patient who can tell when their liver 'hurts'
4. Shortness of breath is a symptom that needs immediate medical attention. CAll your MD and see if they can move yoru appointment up a day.

See your MD.
And get help for all your problems

Blood tests at a hospital MUST be done ASAP. They will show any damage to organs. However, if you are prescribed Adderal, do not stop taking, because that could cause some serious reactions. Go to a hospital immediately.
