It's a large dog, and an inconvenience to my home and work. And it's for about 10 days

It's not for a friend, more like friend of a family friend desparate to find someone trustworthy, and I was recommended, if that helps more.

If it's just to feed the dog and let it out and pet it, probably 15 bucks a day if it's someone you know and like. If the dog needs medication or let out side lots of times a day (more then 4 times) I'd charge more.

If the dog is staying in your house not the owners house then increase the cost a bit for cleaning and make provision if the dog eats or messes up any of your stuff the owner pays for it.

I would say $10 a day for pet sitting. For dog walking, anywhere from $2-$5 depending on how long the walk is and how many times a day you walk the dog.

Well, if it's for a friend, I'd say "dinner out" when they come back.

Otherwise, I know to board a large dog it runs about $15 a day.
