It depends on who you consider as the "lord," and the "evil one."
For example, if you consider them as real people, who were prophecied to come, and they are major players in a big battle, which includes war and then an environmental nightmare, then yes, they are probably "talking it out" in their own kind of way.
But if you consider the "lord" and the "evil one" as Jesus and Satan or some other religion's characters that have come and gone as the dua then, no. He died and contrary to popular blief isn't coming back as "Jesus."

No, they are not. Jesus doesn't need to talk anything out with Satan. The day will come when Satan will be cast into the lake of fire by Jesus. All in good time.
