How about apple crisp? Ok it's not the healthiest dessert but in my opinion it's a lot more exciting than jello and it is healthier than brownies and cake. Also, it's REALLY GOOD! It tastes especially good with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream but its perfect on its own as well. I highly reccomend this recipe:
5-6 tart apples
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons lightly packed brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Topping
3/4 cup flour, plus
2 tablespoons flour
6 tablespoons oatmeal
7 tablespoons sugar
7 tablespoons lightly packed brown sugar
12 tablespoons butter, cut in small pieces
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Put apples, sugars, and cinnamon in a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
Stir to combine.
Let sit about 20 minutes until some juice is released from the apples.
Combine flour, oatmeal and sugars.
Mix in the butter until it resembles coarse crumbs.
Pour melted 2 tbsp butter over apple mixture in the casserole.
Sprinkle with topping mixture.
Bake 30-40 minutes until topping is golden and filling is bubbling.
Serve warm or at room temperature.

Here's a deseert that is so simple and everyone will love.
BBQ fruit
Get your favourite fruits like Mango, lychees, apple, oranges...etc Put it on foil (don't wrap it up completly) let it cook for a bit on a BBQ then add some pure honey to give it flavor and moist and allow the fruit and honey to Cameralise a bit.
So simple and much more healthier than other deserts.
Also, a bit of can passionfruit juice with it gives it a tropical taste!

Get half a watermelon and scoop most of the flesh out. Fill the melon with a selection of fresh fruits (including the watermelon) such as mango, grapes, peaches, nectarines & bananas. But don't add the bananas until you're ready to serve.
Serve it with a scoop of icecream

fruit pizza: sugar cookie crust made in a pizza pan or other large pan. use a mixture of cool whip, cream cheese and crushed blueberries as a base for the fruit. slice up you favorite fruits and top decoratively. i like to use strawberries, kiwi, pineapple, blueberries and other berries. it's always a hit no matter how old they are. and the kids will love to help make it too. could make individual-sized ones too. that way they can put their own faves on top and decorate how they like.

Try using clear glasses or dessert cups and layering
there favorite fruit with either fat free pudding or low fat yogurt. It customizes each dish and makes it look like you spent hours preparing it. With just a sprig of mint for garnish...
You can use
fresh or frozen fruit.
Yogurt, pudding, ice cream, jello etc
Parfaits are inexpensive and very versatile.
