My step-daughter's boyfriend is cheating on her.. I don't like this loser she's dating, she know's i don't like him, he's a druggie on probation in a court ordered drug program. He lives 120 miles away in another city and she drives there and spends the weekend with him every damned weekend.
During mid week i was in that town for 3 days and had to have a tire fixed and so i went to that tire shop where he works he doesn't know that i'm hooked up with her mother but know's me from years past. I invited him for a beer after work and we went to a local bar, he's a braggert and began telling me about the women in his life. He mentioned my step-daughter said she was just a meal ticket paying his rent for him and helping pay his fines to the court he plans to dump her soon as they are paid. He told me about his other girlfriends whom he likes much better.
Should i tell my step-daughter about this jerk, i doubt she will believe me as she know's i think he's such a loser.

Duh! Tell her. Somehow find a way to prove it to her. When you start off, tell her not to talk until you are finished telling her absolutely everything then let her talk and make sure to mention that you know that she might think you're lying, but try to find some way to prove this. Have her confront him, maybe both of you together can confront the guy and he'll be forced to confess. Try it, I hope it works out. but you HAVE TO TELL HER NO MATTER WHAT!

You should definately tell her about it
It's important she knows what a jerk the guy is and that he doesn't really like her and is just using her. Advise her not to help him pay for anything anymore.
If she doesn't believe you, tell her to ask him herself.
If she denys the truth it's probable because she is in denial because she likes him so much and doesn't think he'd do such a haynes thing, or she thinks you are lying to get her to break up him.
If she doesn't believe you and all fails at least you know you tried. I hope everything goes well.

You are right that she wouldn't believe you. Sometimes people have to learn hard lessons on their own. The best you can do is be there for her with love and support now and when she finally does learn.
