Depends, how old are you and how old is he? If you guys are both legal and you like him, go ahead and show him a good time. I'm not saying to do anything you arent comfortable with. But if you like him and he likes you, have fun.
The fact that you asked him out, leads me to believe that this guy is a shy little furball...therefore him making the first move is out of the question.
