I'm looking for a camcorder that I will basically use to record videos to upload on vlogging sites.

I'm new to the YouTube, vlogging world and I'm looking for a camcorder that is easy to use (newbie here), takes decent videos and pics, and is decent in price (no more than $250). I just want something that will record videos for upload. I'm willing to take any advice that'll get me closer to a purchase.

If all your looking at is output to web, then something really cheap and low-quality will work (hey, no one can tell anyways, because once you've compressed your video, the quality is similar, no matter what kind of camera it came from). Aiptek (www.aiptek.com) has some cameras that are dirt-cheap, and while not advised for most video applications, are perfect for a vlogger using it only for web output. Browse around the site, and you should find a camera that suits you very easily. Hope this helps!

Kodak Camera can also record, it is lot easy to upload, like pictures

well i just got a camcorder 4 christmas it's called the canon ZR500. it's light in weight, very compact, and can store up to 1hr 1min of recording. it also costs anywhere from $165 to $249. dunno bout u but i think it's pretty sweet.
