my dog does not like the snow and wont go outside at all, ive been wanting to go out and take pictures of him out in the snow but he wont go, what should i do?

Try introducing him to the snow bit by bit and eventually he might get used to it

I think it would depend on the breed of dog.Most dogs that live in snow have a natural coat of down like hair under their normal hair.this down acts as a insulater.If a dog doesn't have this ,the dog knows it would get cold.Lets face nothing or no one likes to be snow cold. LoL

If its a smaller dog, it could be a problem with the cold or too deep of snow.
I own a Rat Terrier and she is only 7lbs. Full grown. She won't go into the snow unless we use the snow blower and make a path for her.

put dog shoes on him and maybe a jacket to make sure he is comfortable that way and try carrying him out in the snow. maybe he just hasn't been in it and is afraid to try

try taking him out there and play with him in it, if he doesn't like being in the deeper snow try just the shoveled areas, when the sun isn't out to make it too bright.

Some dogs just don't like it.
Try to bring out his favorite toys and offer to play. Give him treats when he is out in it too.

Im particularly advantageous basset hounds have been bred to tunnel/burrow. that is instinct. Plus she thinks that is exciting and that is a few thing to do. Plus she's a canine and canines prefer to dig and burrow.

Make sure your dog is warm (even if you have to dress him up)and bring his favorite toys/meal outside and make him come out and get it.

dont force him!!!!!!!!! the sun is very bright reflecting on the snow, so his eyes might be a little sensitive
