Guys only date you depending on what you wear and how you look? I need to know, are guys really that shallow??

If you meet a dude and that's what he's about then you need to keep moving. Personally it doesn't really matter how pretty someone is if you can't engage in some kind of conversation that is going to stimulate my mind. It is important to make a first impression but I'm not going to look a woman that dresses too provacative in the same light as someone who dressed more conservative. I mean you can dress sexy but still have class. But the clothes and the looks are not on the top of the list at all.

That's definitely not true in every case. However, yes, many guys will date based only on a girl's appearance. There are women who only date guys who have a lot of money which is equally shallow.

...and there are women who don't.

It just depends on the person.

It's true. Because first impressions matter. Now depending on what the girl (or for girls guys) is like you might then realize she isn't worth your time and move on. A person might have the best personality but if they're dressed shabbily, have horrible skin, then most people will discount them.

Yes and No... It depends on if that is there type. If they like Skinny tall girls that look like models all the time.. Or the girl that is in her sweats on sunday no make-up just hangin out.. Sometimes you could just tell what type he likes.. If you are out with a group of friends and you like this one guy in the group but you notice he is looking at a blonde clone of Paris Hilton and checks out more model type women and you are 5 foot 4 you know he likes the model types..
