As far as I know it should be okay. I know a few people who take them everyday, and have taken them for years and they haven't had any problems.

I assume you mean can you take prenatal vitamins everyday for your hair? You are supposed to take one prenatal vitamin a day (usually you have to read the label). They help grow healthy hair because they add so much nutrition to the diet. Pregnant and nursing women take them everyday for years. They are fine to take according to the directions on the label. Do not take more than that and less just means less of the vitamins and minerals.
