I want to start my sims out as babies working their skill levels to match certain professions. Is there any way to tell all of the skills that are required to get to the top of each profession?

You can start out as a toddler, which is more or less what I meant. You can have them work on their skill levels as toddlers.

I'm just create other sims in other houses and get them the job you're looking to have your baby have...see what skills they need and stuff and have your baby work on those skills.

You can't start out as a baby, but you can use two adult sims to create a little bundle of joy to turn into a genus
