You can get married but you may not be able to stay past your tourist visa. I'm American and getting married to an Australian in Australia, but will have to return to America until all the paperwork is finished.
Just look at all your options and find an immigration attorney to help you. You don't want to overstay your visa because it could make it harder to come back here to stay. Remember, if you two love each other, nothing can keep you apart and you will succeed. Best of luck!

Assuming your fiance is a US Citizen, while it's permitted to get married, if you intend to stay in this country after you're married, it may not be the wisest choice or quickest path to be together to marry on a tourist visa. You could get married on the tourist visa, return home, and the apply for a K3 visa after you're married if you wanted to live together in the USA. Alternatively, you could stay for 90 days, return home and apply for a K1 visa, if you wanted to live together in the US. A K3 is used after a couple has already married, a K1 is a "fiance visa"-the couple goees through the application process from two different countries, and then, once the K1 visa is issued, you have 6 months to come to the USA, and then 90 days followig your arrival to get married, and adjust your status.
If your fiance is not a US citizen, and you just want to get married in the US to your partner, the marriage laws will vary from state to state.
Note that marriage to a US citizen is not a guarantee to a green card, though it does significantly simplify the process.

Getting married is no problem at all. Just go do it. But if you expect to adjust your visa status afterwards so you can stay here, expect to be denied because you will probably be accused of misusing a tourist visa under false pretenses to come here and get married, unless you can prove that isn't the case.

Hi.
I am here to on a 90days visa. I am getting married on Wednesday to my fiancee who is a USA Citizen.
You must get married before the 90 days are up!!!. Before you get married download these forms ones a g-325a form and a Alien relatives form.
These are on the Us citizenship and immigration website.
We was told when you send these forms off you must get two people who have witnessed your marriage to write down on paper that they witnessed you getting married then you must go to the bank with the witnesses and get in notarized and signed.
They said we must have something in both our names so we opened a bank account together and we was told we must have pictures and a copy of our marriage license.
Before you get married you just need to get ur marriage license. For that you need a birth certificate and a drivers license or something else.
After you filled the paper work you cant leave the US till you have been approved or you will not be aloud back in the country!!! So not leaving even to Canada!!.
If you have anything else to ask i am int he same boat email me msflack2004@yahoo.co.uk

Since you came under a tourist visa, you'll have problems.
