The truth is that nothing anyone on here can say will make you feel better, because the only honest solution is that time will make this better. If you and Alyssa do part ways, it will take some time before you feel that empty hole in your heart fill again. Trust me I know, Im going through a break up right now.

Develop a simple hobby interest in which you can lose yourself, like video games. That's good for getting through some of the most painful moments of life.
Really.
Even solitaire does it for some people, although all the ones I can think of are a lot older than you are.

talk to her about whats happening to your relationship but dont tell her that u might do 'something' bad to yourself if things between the two of u end.

why are they starting to break up??? if you still care for each other --- sit down and talk out any problems --- go back to where you started and find the love you had for each other --- you can quit anytime why quit now??
