I think this happens because perfect beauty is "expected" from a woman rather than a man. A man can be attractive without having the perfect characteristics. What matters most is his style, behavior, being mascular or athletic. When it comes to women though perfectionism is seeked. You can see that by checking out the men and women who are thought as the most beautiful people. Men usually aren't exactly beautiful. Take George Clooney as an example. He doesn't really have a pretty face but he's the most adored man in the planet. On the other side, all beautiful women (Angelina Jolie,Monica Belucci etc) tend to have perfect characteristics and that's why they are considered so amazingly beautiful. It's really unfair but that's how it works!

I've got a scar on my forehead and another one on my chin. Nobody has ever commented them in general conversation. Boyfriends have asked where I got them, just out of curiosity, and then never mentioned them again. It's never been a big deal, and I often forget that I have them. As far as I know, it hasn't been an issue in whether someone is interested in me or not.

because girls are more forgiving than guys. thats why you almost never see a hot guy with an ugly girl. its always the hot girl with the ugly guy. plus women are supposed to look more "feminine". i think scars are cool cause they tell a story and make the person unique.

Well girls are known for beauty and people don't realize we are just the same as guys, we also get the problems too. But most girls take hours to make sure they are perfect, but we all don't have that time.

Because people don't like to see women in pain or know they have been hurt in someway. A scar signifies, they have been through physical trauma and that upsets people.

Actually that is not true. I had a girlfriend, Amy that had a scar on her cheek. her scar did not bother me at all. I thought it was kind of cute. she wore it proudly. she fell though a window when she was younger. it is part of who she is. we drifted apart, but it had nothing to do with the scar.

I like it when girls tell me that they have the same jeans and they look better on me than they do on them! I like it when my gf and I go out together wearing skinny jeans, and sometimes THE SAME jeans. Hot hot hot!!!! If she thinks I'm smexxi, who am I to argue? If your gf made you do it, she's probly hot too. I've never liked baggy jeans, and I never figured out how to sag them and still keep 'em on, and I never understood why you'd want them that loose if you weren't shoplifting.... "how does wearing big baggy pants make you a "man"?" Heck if I know, Dude. Heck if I know....
