I saved the files for the schedules that I want to keep onto a flash drive. I want to delete the entire calendar and re-add them onto a clean calendar, but I don't want to have to delete everything one at a time. Isn't there a menu option that will do this for me?

Start Outlook
Go to the Calendar
Switch to "Category" view
You will be able to see all the appointments at once
Select the first event
Scroll down and hold down the shift key and select the last event
This should highlight all of them
Delete them

Open your Outlook Calendar

Go to the View pulldown menu, then Arrange By, then Current View, then By Category.

To sort these entries even further, so as not to delete some you might want to keep, Go back to the View pulldown menu and select View then Arrange By, then Categories, again.

This will sort into groups such as Holidays and make deletion of specific groups to keep or delete even easier.

Select the events you want to delete with Ctrl+Left Click to select non-contiguous entries, or click the first in a series and then scroll down to the last in the series you want to delete and use Shift+Left Click to mark first click thru last click.

I don't quite follow how you may have "saved files" of what you want to put back in after you clear your Calendar, so I think you'll find this method is the way to go about deleting only what you want and leaving the entries that you want to keep intact.

After you're done, change the View back to Day, Week, Month.

Empty the Deleted Items folder after you're certain you got the results you wanted and have cleaned out the calendar to the degree you wanted.

Good Luck
