A full sheet cake is 18 by 24 inches. It serves about 80 people. So it would take around 4 full sheet cakes to serve 300. I've never heard of a super mega-full sheet cake.

16" = 74 Servings
14" = 56 Servings
12" = 42 Servings
10" = 30 Servings
8" = 18 Servings x 4 = 72

Total servings = 274 Servings

Not everyone will eat cake so you are probably OK. You might also cut the pieces a little smaller. This was based on round cakes too so square or rectangular cakes will yield a few more servings.

Way more than enough. Think that each layer is cut into small squares no more than 1 1/2 inches, your 16 inch cake should feed around 75 people alone. Have fun!

well, happy 15th to your daughter, and I don't know, that's alot of people. you might be covered. trick is, get as many slices out of those as you can. really. I've been to a few quinceaneras. people tend to pig out, and drink heavily. You might be covered there, but, if you know anyone who has done this personally, try and ask them too.
