I am thinking of subscribing to eHarmony. I want some input before I spend the money.

I live in a small town and had it for three months. I only communicated with one match and had a couple dates with her. It sent me only a few matches that never communicated because they were probably not members.
If you live in a major metro, e-harmony would be better for you than it was for me. It is the safest dating site to use because it doesnt let just anybody on it. I never had any Russians trying to play games with me on e-harmony like I do on Match.com and Yahoo Personals.

eHarmony is under federal investigation for fraud. In preleminary reports on eHarmony.com it was found that 78% of the matches being provided to customers were fake people, being submitted by a group of eHarmony employees, answering emails and all that crap. Most every dating site on the internet is committing fraud in one form or another.

One has a much better chance of finding someone they like listing a personal ad on yahoo than wasting money on all the other lame sites.

I wouldn't be foolish to fall for eHarmony's lame site or any other for that matter.

Well, this is kind of a funny story. I went on eHarmony and filled everything out....and they rejected me!!!!! They told me they didn't have anyone compatible with me!!! While I was kind of sad at the time, it really made me respect their site. I was glad that they did not take my money when they knew it would not help me. I say go for it! Even if you don't find your true love, you'll have fun. It's great entertainment for a long time, and it's cheaper than what one night out could cost you! Good luck!
