I've stayed away from dairy for about a year, but recently began drinking milk again. However, I've noticed that I started getting acne right after that. I've been acne free for over a year, so it makes me think that it was the milk that caused this since it's packed with hormones. I'm thinking to switch to Soy milk, but I'm not sure if that would help clear up my skin because I don't know if there are hormones in it. I need some advice :)

I want rice milk over both yet there's a chart on he again of a few soy milk packing containers that shows the evaluation of both. From what I keep in suggestions it suggested soy milk has more beneficial calcium and nutrition A. I had more beneficial protein too i trust. yet next time you bypass figuring out to purchase search for the soy milk that has that chart and be conscious for your self.

It depends on the milk. Most soy milk is fortified with vitamins and minerals, because those who drink it aren't getting them from milk.

But it should be free of the additional hormones they give cows to grow bigger, make more milk...
