1 pnd Skinless boneless chicken thighs
brown Sugar
Soy Sauce
1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 green bell peppe (Finely cut)


Cut chicken in a small or medium dises/ pour in a big bowl.
Mix brown sugar.(as desired)
mix soy souce.(as desired)
mix all very well untill the chicken lookes medium dark.


on a pan add some olive oil add the peppers.
Mix for 3-4 min.
Add the chicken in the Bowl and sate' till done.


Some white rice can go very great with this.

You know what would be really damn good. you take those thighs, and you can cook them, getting them nice and caramelized, and you can finish them in the pan or in the oven, whichever you prefer. And then, for a sauce, you cover the bottom of the pan with balsamic vinegar, add about a tbls or two of brown sugar, some rosemary, my god, delicious.
