Are Surgical Technologist's considered a healthcare professional ? Or are they regular enlisted soldiers?

A medic or corpsman are both considered health care professionals , regardless of the fact they may happen to be enlisted personnel.

Enlisted refers to the pay grade not the specialty you are trained in.
