You have a delightful cupboard of ingrediants. Let's get creative, shall we?

Cut your turkey into slices and marinate in orange juice, salt and pepper. Peel your tangerines and section. Place them in juice as well. Chop celery and set aside. Heat sauce pan and add olive oil. Brown turkey slices and add celery. Cook until tender and done. Remove turkey and set aside. Mix cornstarch with a little cranberry juice and add to the juices in the pan. Return turkey to pan and let simmer. Add tangerines at the end. If you have orzo or rice (preferred) cook it according to the directions and top with turkey mixture.

For ground turkey, add salt, pepper, poultry seasoning, a dash of worcestershire, and some onion. Make into meat balls. Brown and set aside. In skillet, add flour to make a rue and brown slightly. Add milk to make a gravey. Add some dill weed. Return meatballs to skillet and simmer in sauce. Make up your mashed potatoes and top with meatballs and sauce.

And, get to a store!

No meat, huh? I think I see turkey and hotdogs in there! :)

You could make the potatoes and try to whip up a gravy and put the turkey in it.

Or just suck it up for the day and have pasta and sauce. That's what I do when the cupboard starts running bare. Have some celery on the side in place of salad.

Cook pasta (hopefully you have macaroni) drain and mix with diced up turkey and celery. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Also, have a tangerine.
