He has a girlfriend but he always be calling me and wanted me to come over, and treating me really special, I don't understand why he won't just leave me alone, cuz he is always talking about how he is so in love with her, but always wanting to hang out with me and stuff on his day off.

hey if you like him then tell him to break up with his girlfriend, but if you don't and you just want to stay away from him, then tell him that you will tell his girlfriend if he keeps bothering you

Sounds like he is a little shy. But maybe it is true for both of you? Do you demand his attention or is he just being lazy... and maybe a bit coldish. Either way he's probably just feeling passed over. I don't know why but Capricorns (esp Male) can sometimes get that way. It is tough sometimes between Cancer and Capricorn. Though if you are both focused on suceess, and you have the same set goals and desires you can make it work. But you both should be far-seeing and not just see things for as they are now because there is a natural resistance by polarity meaning Cancer and Capricorn are opposites on the Zodiac. There should be attraction but often times there should be supporting influences by the Moon, Mars and Venus.

You need to leave him alone, he has a girlfriend. Besides I think he has bad intentions towards you, if he didn't he wouldn't be asking you to come over. What other reason is there for him to be wanting you to come over when he has some one already??
How can you even call him your Capricorn man, when you are not even dating him, wake up and smell the coffee. If his girlfriend finds out she is going to get angry and with good reason. He shouldn't be having other girls over behind her back, how would you feel if you were dating him and he was doing that to you?
I'll bet you wouldn't be happy if he was doing that to you. He is a jerk to be doing that to his girlfriend. So with you knowing that about him, why would you even consider him as some one to even be hanging around.
Trust me he isn't Mr. Wonderful, he is a total jerk!!!

You are in for a rough ride so saddle up...honesty does not seem to be his best suit and if you choose to get closer to him,he will eventually do the same thing to you and play the same games as he is playing with her,the reason he won`t leave you alone is he knows that you are going for it,and it`s all in the game.
