My parents dont like my boyfriend because hes hispanic and im indian. Theyre very strict and think there is a culture clash. Ive been with him for 3 years and love him. What do i do?

Listen to their reasons for not liking him. If your honest they may have legitimate reasons, but maybe not. If they are just bigots tell them to kiss off and live your own life. My gf broke up with me because i was older and her family was mostly narrow minded bigots and wouldn't have approved. Good luck.

Well just make your parents realize that his culture dosen't make him any less of a person. And if your love for him is true you will stick with him no matter what your parents believe unless you're younger than 18 years old.

Well...I am not going to tell you what to do. I am going to tell you about my little story. I am 23 and I was really good friends with a black boy. We hung out all the time and he was my best friend. He told me one night that he wanted to be with me and I freaked out because my dad wouldn't approve. I let him slip through my fingers and regret it quite a bit.

You're stuck between a rock and a hard place- your parents will never fully accept him, and your feelings for him will never change if you really love him, even if he cheats. I'm sorry- the only way out of it is if you guys break up.

if he's a good person,and isnt doing bad things-i think thats fine!it shouldnt matter what race a person is at all.try talking to your parents about the situation.show them how he is a kind,loving person,and how he treats you.if he loves you,too-i think your perfect!just dont go to far,and do bad things.good luck!

try a compromise with your parents, and let them get to know your guy, spend some time with him and your parents, and remind everyone that what makes a person a person doesn't just depend on skin color.

i was in the same situation, my mom hated/hates my boyfriend, but idc becuz i still invite him over and my mom doesnt say anything becuz she knows it wont make a difference

Ignore them. Yea i kno it sounds hard since they are ur parents butt they should accept u no matter what and they will get use to it.
