- If you suffer from acne, avoid dairy. According to the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology, the iodine used to keep dairy cows infection-free can cause hormonal changes that make acne worse. Eat more chicken, instead. Australian researchers found that a diet high in lean protein and low in processed carbs significantly reduces the frequency of pimples.
- If you've got an unsightly pimple, break out the strawberries. They contain salicylic acid—the same stuff you'll find in a lot of name brand pimple medications. They also contain a lot of vitamin C, which kills bacteria. So to get rid of your blemish, mash 5 to 7 strawberries and massage the paste onto your skin. Then rinse. Your pimple will soon recede.

i have acne too for 2 months now.
i bought the 3 step CLINIQUE (oil free) and the acne gel. in just 1 night i used them my acne dried up right away. it's my 3rd day using them and it's been amazing.
i was allergic to proactive. my face swelled up when i use it.
if clinique doesn't work I'll refund it.

religiously clean face with moisturizing bath/ body soap during your shower, pat face dry (do not rub ), use cotton ball w/ rubbing alcohol all over (avoiding eyes) then use a non-oil lotion
