when its very low, i wouldn't bother with them. you can't be happy with someone else until you are happy with yourself.

Yes, they are. Everyone guys/girls love a person with self-confidence because they know what they want and are happy in life. No one wants to be with someone who is always down on themselves and insecure! How happy can a realtionship be with someone who doesn't think much of thier own self worth. Love yourself first and others will love you back! Self confidence is a big turn on!

it depends on how low. If it is I am going to kill myself then they will probably keep their distance. But if it is that you don't have the courage to talk to a girl that is sweet. Stuttering is very cute. But eventually you will need courage to talk to her.

It can be cute, but also a turn-off. It all really depends. Clumsy's cute, but completely shying away from girls isn't that attractive.
