I'm making a type of gravy cream sauce and the recipe calls for cream. I have sour cream, cream cheese, reduced fat milk, and soy milk (vanilla flavored). What would be the best option for the cream sauce?

Combine a little of the sour cream and the milk. Whole milk would be better, but yours will work ok.

Cream 1 cup.... ...substitute 1/2 cup butter + 3/4 cup milk .
Maybe a bit more butter if your milk is low fat.

Or I would just use a little of the sour cream, and milk mixed

I hope this helps....

I think sour cream would be the best out of the listed.

Milk would be the best substitute...you would just have to reduce the gravy much longer for a thicker consistency.
