Society today puts an enormous amount of pressure on women to be super skinny. We all see the magazines with the 5'11'' women that are only about 100lbs. Is this really what guys find attractive? is being a little chubby a big turn off?

Hi, I think that you are looking at this from the wrong angle, or perhaps asking the wrong question. Different guys find different physical attributes to be attractive. Having gone through this cycle, I can assure you that the man who is after you for only the way that you look, will be long gone before he gives the chance for your character to shine. True character is what is attractive. Work on being the best person that you can be. Do not worry about what "guys" think. You will be wasting the best years of your life if you perseverate over who has what guy and how this all took place and so on. Work hard in school. Be yourself. Eventually, you will find the right man that will appreciate you....If thhis is not the answer you were looking for...then I can tell you...that I am personally attacted to "curvy" women".

well, a little meat on the bone is no big thing for me.(I'd be a hypocrite if it were, as I'm a hefty guy myself). but, theres a difference between that, and just huge, you know? If it seems a girl isn't even trying, that is the part that turns me off. Super skinny is also not good; if I can see a woman's ribs clearly through her skin, that's not healthy either. It's all a matter of if she cares enough about herself to be healthy. Plus, Binary Sunset below me is right. I want a woman who's real, in every aspect.

no,being a little chubby is actually no big deal for me,but the entertainment industry for some reason just has to make people believe that only these tall skinny anorexic whores will get nice men when thats not true

Girls with super skinny bodies are a big turn off. Those slim ones are only nice to be looked at but the best ones are those with a little extra meat. It gives you greater pleasure in hugging them.

I think guys want women who are real. Most of those pictures that are on those magazines aren't real. Being a little chubby is not a deal breaker.

chubby to the point where their belly is hanging out of their jeans. double chins. yuck
if your an attractive chubby girl, never show the fat.
and learn to exercise. sure its some work but look at it like this.
GIRLS want to be skinny so they can be attractive to guys. so they go to the gym and lose weight
GUYS want to be strong and muscular so they look tough for the girls. so they go to the gym and lift weights.

and yes 5'11 100lbs maxim/magazine girls are attractive but its a dream that 98% of us regular guys wont be able to get.

Being skinny where you can see the actual bone is gross. It depends on what you mean by a little chubby....If your a nice sized girl you should have no problem getting a boyfriend.

As a guy, I can tell you that I find most girls physically attractive. While I don't believe in promiscuity, in a hypothetical world devoid of values and deceny, I'd hump any woman who had a pretty face who wasn't excessively overweight.

...and I'm a very attractive, highly educated man.

well i don't like a girl to be super skinny, because what's the point of hugging with your girlfriend if you are afraid that you are going to break her in haft. I do like a girl with meat, but not too, too much, plus when we go out i would like both of us to enjoy dinner with her worrying about the food and only ordering a salad.
