I have four cats, all of which I've had since they were kittens,I've always given them dry cat food in the morning when I let them out,a little more dry food around 3&at 7pm is when I put my cats in, so with a buket of the cat food that I rattle&the cats know to come get some food. We'll at night I get the cats in with the dry food, but after a few minutes or so after they've eaten that dry food,I will bring them some canned cat food which they like much more.Well recently one of the cats has become picky&wont or hardly eat the food I give it.Evan when the cat knows it's starving&very hungry;I put dry food infront of the cat,it wont eat it,I've eaven put canned food infront of it either wont eat it or acts like it's a doing me a favor by eating it,when it's the one that's hungry.
I cant seem to figure it out though the cat may cry it's hungry it wont eat the food it's given. The only thing it will consistenly eat is meat:ham, turkey, sausage ect.But I've had trouble with that to.Hlp plz?

First off take it to the vet to make sure it doesn't have a health problem causing this like an obstruction!

Secondly:

You should not be feeding it people food ever. It's figured out that if it doesn't eat it will get people food.

Feed a high quality cat food so it gets all its nutrients (Royal Canin or Neutro are really good - Whiskas, Iams and and grocery store brands are bad) and don't feed it anything else. IT will eat if it's really hungry

Don't let your cats roam free! Perhaps the cat is finding better food somewhere else. I currently have a nice orange tabby cat that visits me daily and just loves the food and treats I put out for it. Every day the bowl is totally empty! Watch out - your cat might not be YOUR cat for long if someone else if feeding and caring for it. I know I wouldn't mind bringing in the orange tabby if it would let me.

You need to bring all your cats inside permanently and have all them checked out by a vet, especially the one that is not eating. It could be anything from a tooth problem to cancer, so this cat really really needs to see a vet.

Please, bring all your cats inside for good. It's the only responsible way to own a cat.

You should have the cats teeth & mouth checked out by a vet. Sudden appetite changes are not normal, but when a cat refuses to eat... it can often be because it HURTS to eat (due to bad teeth, gum problems or mouth/throat sores). Please see a vet ASAP.

Get it to the vet as soon as possible. He could have a mouth infection. BRING THEM INSIDE IF YOU TRUELY CARE ABOUT THEM!

Ally is right.....you should never feed your animals "people food". And you should never feed them iams either due to the fact that that company needs to STOP ANIMAL TESTING!!!!
