Well any white and black cat that I would find, I would name it Oreo. I know you may not want to name it this though. So what you should do is go to goolge and type in "names for male kittens" or "names for black and white male kittens". This should defiantly help you find a name. Here are some sites I found:
http://www.cat-dog-names.com/male-boy-cat-names.html
http://www.petnamesworld.com/
http://www.pet-names.biz/male-cat.html
*Hope I helped*

We have a tuxedo kitten with the same little patch on her chin, she was a stray too, wonder if they are related?? But anyways, her name is Princess Jolie Le Chat. We wanted to give her a dignified name. But we ended up calling her Little Bit, because she was so little when we got her.
If she had been a male, we would have called her something like George or Louie but made it into something dignified or royalty. (like the tux cat from The Princess Diaries, his name was Fat Louie.)

I'm asuming that your cat is a boy. Here are a few recomondations, if you don't like the ones listed think of a name that has to do with his personality, appereance and gender.
1.Tigger
2.Tux
3.Checkers
4.Oreo
5.Nino
6. Patches
7. Fuz
8.Cudly
9.Chico
10.Kibbles

I have a cat like this - we named him John Henry and he does know his name. He is very slow motioned except when he is chasing things and he likes to bring us presents like mice and moles.
You could give him an elegant name like Cary Grant who wore lots of tuxedos in his movies.

Name him Lord St. James. He is the guy who invented the Tuxedo way back when!

I don't know whether you are old enough to remember, but he sounds like Charlie Chan, who was a very popular silent screen actor.
