in pregnant women hormones are released into the blood stream and passed on to the baby helping to create its forthcoming immunity system this can result in several side effects including temp lactose intolerance.
hope this helps.

Will I always be lactose intolerant?

If you became lactose intolerant because of an illness, pregnancy or medication, most likely you will not be lactose intolerant forever. If you were born with lactose intolerance or you are having more trouble digesting milk products than you did when you were younger, you might always have some degree of lactose intolerance.

yes, try limiting your intake .. and if your drinking it do it slowly .... i am the same way, i tend to drink those blended coffees a lil' too fast and they are full of milk then i get sick (same with real butter) but if i take it in moderations and slowly i am fine ... hope this helps some .. good luck
