Plain and simple: She's unelectable. A lot of republicans wouldn't even vote for her, not to mention moderates and independents.

Our most qualified woman is Dr. Rice, but she's too imbedded in the current administration to be viewed as forward-moving by the majority of the country. If she were to run, I'd vote for her. Other than that, we don't have many. I really like Kay Baily Hutchinson of TX, but I'm not sure if she'd be seen as moderate enough for this next decade.

She has to Run first, to be considered. ******I guess you didn't know that Republicans have been begging Condi Rice to run.

(According to Bill, Hillary IS NOT a woman. So the Democrats aren't really considering any woman for president.)

Um, there aren't any.

Condi Rice would be our best bet, but you don't make President of t United States your very first election run.

Who else has the name recognition, experience, background, and power-base to make a serious run at it?

I'd love to see Condi run - But she needs some experience in elected office first. Let's run her for Governor first, then get her in there!!

Like who? I'm not saying there aren't any qualified women but who are you talking about? Who would you like to see run that's not in the running?
