I read today that new managers and supervisors rarely understand the reality of their new positions. Sounds like a bad enough headache (and I know from supervising 10 employees now). You want to manage EVERYBODY? Just wait until you start getting all those prayer requests... Ick. If I were God and could make all the rules, I'd go on permanent vacation too!
