i just got my new bunny and when i looked in the box it was dead what should i do im terrified

When you got the bunny the pet store should have given you a 15 day health guarantee, take the poor little thing back show them what happened and they will probably give you a new bunny for free. Thats what happened to my hamster, but the thing was sick and died 5 days later. I brought him back and they let me choose another hmaster and I have him to this day. You need to go back to the pet-store. Make sure he's really dead thugh, maybe he's sleeping.??? I hope he is....

take it to a vet and see if they can do anything

Take it back to where you got it! Unless something happened in transport, there's no reason a bunny should die before you get it home!

It could be anything. There is no need to be afraid, more than likely it was the fault of whoever you got it from. Recite a little poem or something and then bury it.
