Is is a masking, scotch, duct, or regular tape worm???
I don't know. There's just white segments of the worm that come out in his feces.
Chewing tobacco?! Please explain.

my crazy english teacher told us that in the old days b4 antibiotics this was how they cured tape worm in children:
they stuck abit if pasta or food on a saftey pin and tied it to string, then shoved it down the childs throat, and worm then ate the food and got caught on the pin, then you would reel the string back up and the worm would be attached. well i dont think you should try this on a cat, but i just thought it might be interesting..and i know how expencive vet bills can be, mb you could do a search and get a ton of info

I think you can get the medicine fairly cheap at some feed and grain stores. Also alot of times tape worms are caused by fleas. So make sure you keep your cat flea free.
P.S. Chewing tobacco is deadly to animals.

There is no home remedy. Your cat needs antibiotics or it will eventually die.
The vet visit shouldn't be any more then about $100 plus the cost of medication, and a lot of vets will work out a payment plan.

I doubt they're certainly "tapeworms". There are allot of different parasites reptiles can get, coccia is incredibly worry-unfastened, many times from crickets, so if its a green iguana I doubt it relatively is it, yet different omnivorous species of iguana would have that. even though it relatively relies upon on the wonderful parasite your treating. the two maximum worry-unfastened drugs used are panacure and flagyl. The panacure is plenty much less confusing on the animal, and can be bought at rather much any feed save. i'd get the panacure 10 paste. do somewhat diagnosis on it first, there its allot of information accessible, you need to dose it wisely based on the animals length and weight. Flagyl is somewhat greater suitable and could kill purely approximately each residing element interior the digestive tract. it relatively is likewise many times accessible at maximum feed shops. This needs to be dosed intently, the animal needs to be saved nicely hydrated, and customarily you need to persist with up with some thing like probiotics, to reestablish the constructive gut fauna, as that's going to wipe that out too. you certainly ought to locate out what your treating nonetheless. otherwise your purely finding out to purchase and advertising a shot interior the lifeless of evening, stressing the animal out and it might desire to no longer artwork. maximum unique vets will do a fecal examination without the animal fairly decrease priced. in the experience that your going to try this your self, be very careful, do somewhat diagnosis, and consider some on line boards. **EDIT** To Emily, and everyone else for that count number, maximum respected reptile vets prescribe the two panacure or flagyl for inner parasites. There are some others, yet maximum of those are accessible and not using a prescriptions besides.

Try chewing tobacco, it works to de-worm dogs, just make sure it's not more than a little bit on the end of your finger.
