This is an explanation and not an answer. As early as 1950 I studied in a church-run College and I observed that something was rotten in the state of Denmark on moral platform. Among students were many deacons and young priests who were frustrated on denial of marriage. Many of these were offerings to God at their tender age by faith-misled parents. A friend of mine received a beautiful love letter from a Nun expressing her dejection and her desire to marry him. The person expired soon on snakebite. I still wail for both the departed and the living. Denial of conjugal rights is denial of human rights and the effective application of God-gifted human reproductive system. To me it is thus a violation of the very concept of Nature. . Where physical urge overtakes moral restrictions, violation takes place and guilt sets in. On whom do you fix the crime for this chaotic state of moral slavery?

It is possible that enforcing celibacy on certain ecclesiastic orders may leads to stealthy immoral behaviour. But at the same time celibacy is welcomed if it is through a saturation point of sensual experience and for better or the best life beyond which is a fact.

The Christian advocacy of celibacy was a major mistake. It led to the removal of the brightest and best-educated classes from the gene pool. The result, after two thousand years, is the breeding of incredibly stupid people, such as the Lutherans and Catholics who gave rise to German Nazism, and the American fundies who first denied evolution and are now trying to deny that the Earth rotates on its axis and revolves around the Sun.

What a contrast we see in Judaism. Rabbis, unlike Christian priests, have always been encouraged to have large familes and to value free inquiry. No surprise then that in our time most Nobel Prizes go to Jews. Has any fundie ever won one?

In the name of Allah the most gracious the most merciful
I was a christian who reverted to Islam which is a religion of
truth and a practical religion.Islam is a complete lifestyle and not only practised in the Mosque.Isalm does not believe in
Monasticsm or enforcing celibacy or depriving any human of his/her conjugal rights. In islam there is no priesthood or any one
giving up his natural rights to spread the world of God almighty.
All the prophets of God were married Men with the exception of
jesus [ pesce be on him ] as there is no evidence to suggest
otherwise , as his mission was incomplete and Jesus will come
back with the will of Allah the almighty and live like a normal
being, peraphs get married have children and die a natural
death. The reason we were created is to acknowledge our
creator , worship him,and spread the truth,The quran tells us
that it is one of the signs of Allah that He [ glory be to him ]
created the man and the women and put love and compassion
between them ,they are a comfort for one another,a protective
cover for each other and they bear ofspring and give thanks to
God almighty.Isalm encourages marriages and encourages
couples to have good maritial relations so that both parties
would be content and not fall into temptation.A person can spread the message of God almighty and still belong to this word
by celebrating celebacy you are only depriving yourself of what
nature has designed you for and intended for you.By going
against your natural disposition you are bound to feel depraved
and this will lead to un natural desires and illegal excesses. It
has become so common to hear of priests indulging in illegal
sexual behaviour especially with young boys and girls, and it is
becoming uncontrollable these days..In school i too was a victim of child molestation by the principal of our school, who used to
help needy families and then prey on the young boys,He is a
jesuit priest who is still around ,and would come by our homes to pick us up on some pretex or other, and even though we knew what was to happen, our parents would be blissfully happy, that a priest is fond of their son.He has been preying on young Boys
and even girls in every school that he was a principal in ,maybe
even upto this day. The catholic church turns a blind eye to
such suitations and are always in denial. When they will open
their eyes to the truth only God knows.

Things happen to those who do not live a life of celibacy, so your question needs corrected.

Enforcing any type of discipline on certain people leads to stealthy immoral behavior.

Let priests marry and then you'll have adulterous immoral behavior, too, and lots more of it, if married protestant preachers are any indicator.

Let the church deal with this their own way.

It's painful, but it will be resolved eventually.

yes.It aslo leads to deviant behaviour like paedophilia. The same applies to many so called god men and godwomen. Satya Narayana Raju(aka Satya sai baba) is an example of that. Again, the roman catholic clergy is another.

I believe that God gives special blessings for the religious life, therefore, their spiritual life is strengthened, while their desires of the flesh are suppressed.

I don't believe it was a force issue, but one of choice. The immoral behavior probably was always there.
