If you look in the front of your phone book there should be instructions on how to block a call by using a series of numbers and your # key.

Legally, they cannot keep calling you if you inform them that you'd like to be added to their do not call list. I'd try answering the phone and be firm with them.

this number can not be block by your phone company! its a tool-free number and they have a right to call you!!
you could buy a callerID manager and put it the number, never to accept this number....
