ok this is what happend i was asleep and it was this morning and all of a sudden my mom woke me up to take my little yorkie out her name was princess and when i was out ther these guys stopped in front of us and took my little princess and i screamed and chased after them on my eltric scotter while my dad was in the car and when my dad and i caught up to them they dropped princess out of the car and i rased to her and when i picked her up she was dead the strangled her to death and i got princess for my birthday 2 months ago and i know we dont know one another that much but she was my best friend and i cant get over loseing her.what should i do

first thing is to inform the police and ignore when everybody tells you to get another dogs cause that wont help you need time to greave first princess was your friend and deserves to be remebered try to think of the good times you had with her and with time you will get over it but you will always have a special place for princess in your heart

Take care of yourself - you might be able to find a group for people who have lost pets. A group meets at my local SPCA and you might find one in your area. People who haven't had pets rarely understand the bond that is formed with them. The group will help you to deal with your feelings. Also, you might be able to see a counselor on your own if you are really upset, because that sounds traumatic.
Do listen to the other people who said to call the police. Right now, you should write down everything you remember about the guys who took Princess and their car. The police will need accurate descriptions in order to investigate. I don't know how much they can do, because dogs count as "property" under most cities' laws, so they would probably just be required to pay for a new dog, which isn't enough punishment in my opinion, but enough of an inconvenience to stop them from doing it again - purebred dogs are expensive!

I am so sorry about your princess. I had a silky terriers puppy died on Saturday. It is very hard. Maybe in a couple of months you can look for another dog. I would try another breed. Maybe a Silky and Maltese.
I agree that your parents should call the police and report it. What they did were mean, but against the law

That is the most horrible story I have heard. I am so sorry for your little dog. Did you get the license plate number of the boys? I would be calling the police on them right now. I can't believe how cruel that was and that you had to watch it happen. There are some evil cruel people in the world. I am sorry you had to see two of them. Always keep your dog on a leash, this will help in the future. I will say a little prayer for your little dog Priincess. I am sure she is in a better place now. That made me cry.

omg. i am soooooo sorry. those guys r real jerks! anyways i had a cat that ive had with me for 4 yrs, he got lukemia n although treatin him was possible, they said that he would still suffer! so i had 2 make the choice of whether 2 euthanize him or not. i chose 2 do so, although it killed me from the inside. i know our pets r dead, but their love n spirits will remain with us. im very sorry 4 princess, i know it must b hard 4 u, but look @ it this way, princess wants u 2 move on n b happy. i hope i helped. take care bye

i've got had pets that have surpassed directly to the excellent beyond and that i've got had them cremated and placed in gorgeous urns. that may not be on your liking whether it is an option. i'm in basic terms puzzled as to why your bf might desire to have the dogs crammed in the 1st place - did he provide you any justification for that? If Charlie become your dogs, then you do what you think of is suited for the two you and Charlie.

First, please allow time for you to work through your grief. Crying, anger, denial are all part of the grief process. When you feel comfortable enough to ask your parents about it, you might want to consider getting another dog. No, that dog won't replace Princess, but you will come to love him/her, too.

im soooo sorry that is so sad. i would call the police. my cat died he was my best friend i still cry when i think about it. i HATE it when animals die its soooo sad. if i had one wish it would be that no animals would die. im so sorry about your dog i know how you feel trust me when my cat died the pain in side me was horrible my heart broke it was so sad. i hope you feel better and its part of life maybe you can get a new dog even tho it wont replace yours. im sorry again. please feel better.

ok first call the police they stole your dog and that's animal cruelty and then when your ready if you want you should get a new dog I'm sorry that happened
