What do sweat pimples look like & how are they caused?

I got one a couple weeks ago - it looks like a raised skin-colored or pink bump, probably larger than the usual facial pimple. It probably hurts a tiny bit when you put pressure on it and may itch if it's somewhere like underneath your arm where it gets rubbed alot. They are caused by sweat building up in the area and getting into your pores. To get rid of it, keep the area clean and dry - use Gold Bond medicated powder.
