Long distance phone?

You know how when you have to make a long distance call you have to dial the toll number right. Will the toll number like for example when I call using an AT&T prepaid phone card I have to dial 1-800-713-9187 then I have to dial the card number then the number where I am calling. Will the 800 number or the toll number show up on the phone bill

If it is a pre paid card not tied in to the home phone no, if it is an att toll card yes
